Changing Your Caller ID on CallSwitch One

To change your caller ID on CallSwitch One, follow these simple steps:

1. Open the CallSwitch One Desktop Application.

2. Click the dots icon in the bottom left corner to open the dial pad.

3. Select your device from the drop-down menu: desk phone, desktop application, or mobile app.

      

4. Choose your caller ID from the drop-down list of numbers.

5. Dial out using the selected device. Your chosen caller ID will be displayed.

To change your caller ID again, repeat these steps and select your desired caller ID.
