How to set up CallSwitch Communicator 6 Mobile App [iPhone]

To set up your CallSwitch Communicator 6 App on your iPhone follow the below steps:

1. Go to  your "App Store".

2. Tap on the search icon and search for "CallSwitch Communicator 6".

3. Tap on the cloud symbol next to "CallSwitch Communicator 6" with the red logo to download the application.

4. Go to you emails and find an email that has been sent to you from your company and has a subject "{YOUR COMPANY'S NAME} account details". (For example "Amicus Networks - Subject: Amicus Networks account details")

5. Open the email and scroll down until you find the QR code.

6. Tap on the CallSwitch Communicator Application logo on your phone.

7. Tap on "Allow".

8. Tap on "Scan QR", tap on "OK" and scan the QR from the email in step 5.

9. Tap on "Login"

10. Set up a new password and tap on "DONE". Your password must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least one number, one lowercase, one uppercase and one special character. (For example: q!643gNe)

In case your password is not strong enough you will see the below alert message on your screen.

11. After setting up your password, tap on "Done" and your CallSwitch Communicator app will be ready to use.
